Please note that we take the greatest of care in the preparation of our food, however, Please note that given the nature of the buffet restaurant service it is not possible to entirely rule out cross-contamination of allergens on the customer accessible servery area. If your allergy is severe or life threatening buffets may not be suitable for you.

The allergen list below lists the main allergens present in our dishes when they leave our prep kitchen and go into the serving dishes. Customer cross contamination (eg. using the same serving spoon for 2 dishes) is possible and guests are encouraged to consider and managed their risks.
