Here our chefs have created a range of flavoursome marinades for the lamb, chicken and fish they grill to order in the live Grill Kitchen.

Some of our guests favourites include our signature seekh kebab, tawa fish and lemon and herb chicken.

Next to the grill kitchen is also our salad bar and chaat counter which complement the succulent meats from the grill.
